Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs

Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) assess your aptitude and suitability for a role based on your responses to a series of decision-making scenarios. The format of SJTs means they can also offer you a preview of the role.

SJT questions take the form of a brief description of a situation that you might be faced with at work. This is followed by a list of possible actions that might be taken to respond to the situation. For each situation, you will be asked to RATE and/or RANK the possible responses according to effectiveness.

RATE

Rate how effective you think the responses would be in dealing with the situation.

RANK

Rank the most effective and least effective action to respond to the situation.
